Day 3WednesdayEdfu – Kom Ombo – Aswan
Start the morning with a visit to the temple of Knum and Edfu, after which we sail to Kom Ombo to visit this famed temple dedicated to the God Horus. In the evening we set off to Aswan where we spend the night.Meals included: Breakfast. Lunch & Dinner -
Day 4ThursdayAswan
In the morning we visit the famous landmarks of Aswan, the high dam, Philae Temple and the unfinished obelisk still in the ground at its ancient quarry.Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner -

Today take the optional Abu Simbel excursion or spend the day at leisure with an afternoon felucca ride around the spectacular Elephantine island also known as Kitchener’s Island and its noted Botanical Gardens (entrance to which is optional).Meals included: Breakfast, lunch & Dinner -

Aswan to Luxor
The day is spent at leisure as the boat heads to Luxor via Edfu and Esna. We arrive later that evening. After dinner, enjoy the delights of a traditional on board party with a Belly Dance show.Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner -

A morning visit to the Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple with an optional visit to the Sound and Light show at Karnak Temple after dusk.Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner -

One of the reasons this region is so popular with visitors is the moderate to warm temperatures during this time of year. The weather during the cruise season (December to early March) is rather warm in the Red Sea (22c to 25c). Temperatures do tend to drop during the night due to the clear skies.
